Daiton Butler

Daiton grew up on a farm in Blevins, Arkansas. In 2013, she attended the University of Central Arkansas, where she was a member of Sigma Kappa sorority, and graduated with honors. In the summer of 2017, Daiton moved to Charleston, South Carolina to attend the Charleston School of Law. While in law school, she was a member of the Real Estate Law Society, a Faculty Research Assistant, and a Presidential Scholar. Daiton was a four-time CALI award recipient and on the Dean’s List. In December 2019, she graduated Cum Laude and received the Pro Bono Award for her volunteer work. She joined CHSA Law as an Associate Attorney in May 2020 after being admitted to the South Carolina Bar, and was announced as a Partner in 2022.
